Fenetic Wellbeing will provide FREE delivery as standard throughout the UK mainland. The standard delivery time is only 3-5 days. If you need express delivery there will be a charge of £8 for this. You can select which delivery method you prefer at checkout.

Larger items, like scooters and furniture, might also take longer to deliver. And, obviously, equipment that needs specialist technical skills to plan and set up will also have extended delivery times. Again, talk to our customer service team about this. You can contact them on 0800 567 7618.

We currently also offer delivery to Ireland, France and Germany. For orders under £300 this will cost £25 and for orders between £300 and £1000 it is £60 for Ireland and £100 for France and Germany.
