Well we are back, only this time we spoke to our always-smiling customer service advisor Natalie.
With any luck this one will be a little bit less weird. So without further ado, this is what she had to say!

Let’s start from the beginning. In brief, describe your role at Fenetic Wellbeing
It’s a mixed pot really! General office management, customer services, supplier services, and looking after the rest of our lovely customer service team!

Selling mobility products seems like quite a random pursuit at first glance. What were your main motivations behind joining the business?
I used to work for suppliers/manufacturers for 4 years, which taught me a lot about the sort of products we sell at Fenetic. This put me in a good position to help people find exactly what sort of mobility aid they’re looking for!

What is the most satisfying aspect of your job?
There’s nothing better than receiving good feedback from customers and knowing you’ve truly helped someone. Working in such a fun office with great people is also pretty good!

How would you say Fenetic differs from your competitors?
We’re honest, approachable, and fun! At the end of the day we’re not just selling mobility products, we’re trying to help people – the industry needs more of that!

What were the last 3 pictures you took with your phone?
My 6-year-old nephew, a selfie (of course), and a guy with a rat (don’t ask!)

Any secret talents?
Dancing/singing badly, and fitting into small spaces!

What’s your favourite Fenetic product and why?
Purple tri walker – I just like purple!

If you could teach one lesson to your younger self. What would it be?
Don’t worry you turn out awesome!

Finally, if Fenetic did weekends, what would they involve?
It would definitely be a festival. Festival Fenetic has a ring to it!
