Delivery and Returns
Freedom should be hassle free. That’s why Fenetic Wellbeing will provide FREE delivery as standard on all products throughout most of the UK mainland.
How long will delivery take?
The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. If for any reason your order will take longer, we’ll make sure to let you know.
Don’t like waiting? Worry not. We do offer express delivery at a cost of £8 for most items or £20 for larger items such as recliner chairs. Simply select which delivery method you prefer on the checkout page.
What about set up?
All our chairs are delivered by a two man team and installed into a room of your choice. We aim to do this within 2 working days or on a day which is convenient for you. Be aware of other sellers who will deliver a 60kg box which may not fit through doorways to an elderly or disabled person and expect them to take it inside / upstairs and set it up themselves. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands may take longer.
You will receive text and email updates throughout the delivery process so please ensure that you have given us the correct contact details for the recipient.
What if I don’t live on mainland UK?
There will be surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, but please get in touch by calling 0800 5677618 and we’ll get your product to you.
What if I live outside the United Kingdom?
No problemo! (excluding recliner chairs, scooters and e-bikes)
International delivery is charged at £15 per item to the following countries:
France, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxemburg

Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make with Fenetic Wellbeing, but we understand that in life things don’t always go to plan.
Once you’ve bought a product, we’ll give you 14 days to make sure you’re absolutely satisfied.
During this time, we will refund the price of the product in full. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Faulty or Defective Products
If you find that the product is defective in any way, we will examine the returned product and notify you of your refund as soon as possible.
Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full. This includes a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you, and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
For made-to-measure Products where the order is cancelled before the item is dispatched, we will deduct any costs we have reasonably incurred in beginning to fulfil the order, from any refund that is due to you.
We will confirm what these costs are to you when processing your refund.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
