Delivery and Returns
Freedom should be hassle free. That’s why Fenetic Wellbeing will provide FREE delivery as standard on all products throughout the UK mainland.
How long will delivery take?
The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. If for any reason your order will take longer, we’ll make sure to let you know.
Don’t like waiting? Worry not. We do offer express delivery at a cost of £8. Simply select which delivery method you prefer on the checkout page.
Chairs will be delivered via a well know courier and it is their responsibility to get the chair to your front door.
What about set up?
It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange getting the chair inside and setup.
All our chairs come in 2 pieces to make them easier to get through the front door. They can be put together and set up in just 10 minutes without the need for tools.
We do however strongly advise that an able bodied person is at the delivery address on the agreed delivery day, as the base part of the chairs can be quite heavy.
If nobody is available, we do offer a 2 man home set up delivery option for our riser recliner chairs. This can be selected during checkout for £70 to guarantee your peace of mind.
Please note: Home set up can take up to 15 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to offer express home set up delivery.
We will contact you to agree a suitable delivery day. Saturday delivery can be arranged for £20, otherwise standard delivery window is usually between 9am and 6pm Monday – Friday.
What if I don’t live on mainland UK?
There will be surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, but please get in touch by calling 0800 5677618 and we’ll get your product to you.
What if I live outside the United Kingdom?
International delivery is charged at £15 per item (excluding recliner chairs, scooters and e-bikes) to the following countries:
France, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Luxemburg

Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make with Fenetic Wellbeing, but we understand that in life things don’t always go to plan.
Once you’ve bought a product, we’ll give you 14 days to make sure you’re absolutely satisfied.
During this time, we will refund the price of the product in full. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Faulty or Defective Products
If you find that the product is defective in any way, we will examine the returned product and notify you of your refund as soon as possible.
Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full. This includes a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you, and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
For made-to-measure Products where the order is cancelled before the item is dispatched, we will deduct any costs we have reasonably incurred in beginning to fulfil the order, from any refund that is due to you.
We will confirm what these costs are to you when processing your refund.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
