All of our chairs arrive in 2 pieces to make them easier to get through the front door. If you decide to have a go at assembly yourself, most of our chairs can be set up in just 10 minutes without the need for tools.

5. You May Not Have to Pay Any VAT!

If you’re disabled or have a long-term illness, you won’t be charged VAT on products designed or adapted for your own personal or domestic use.

To make it easier, prices on qualifying products are shown without VAT. If you qualify, we’ll simply charge you the VAT-free amount. You never have to pay up front and then reclaim the VAT from the government.

Upon checkout, you will be asked to provide us with some details about your VAT exemption. Once you’ve done that, simply follow the instructions to checkout as normal.
