Here at Fenetic Wellbeing, we receive a lot of feedback for the products and service that we provide. Most of the time it’s great! But when it’s not so great, we bend over backwards to make sure we fix the problem. Whatever it may be.

Occasionally, we receive the sort of feedback that cements the idea that every length we go to is worth it. This is one of those cases...

“Dear Sirs,

Regarding our purchase of 2 Canterbury dual motor massage riser recliner chairs, in cream leather, on Monday12th September 2016.

For some weeks my wife and I had been visiting several outlets for riser recliner chairs.

We found a colossal range of performance, quality and price. Our only helpful conclusion was the dimensions of the chair required for our comfort.

We had obviously used a web search for these chairs.

Your site was very appealing. The chair looked great, the price unbelievable.

Viewing of the chair before purchase was essential.

I phoned your office, and was greeted by an extremely helpful young lady, who apologised for the lack of a showroom, but invited us up to the warehouse where we could see the chair.

2.30 pm on Monday 11th Sept was our appointment time.

The warehouse manager was ready and waiting for us, and demonstrated the chair. We road tested it. To enable us to compare the cream leather of our chair part that we brought with us, he kindly unpacked a chair back and we found the colour match very acceptable.

Without more ado, we agreed the purchase, paid with our credit card, and we returned home with 2 chairs, which JUST fitted our car…

That evening they were both in use, as we found them easy to assemble, and after several days we are now operating the buttons like professionals.

We wish to thank all of you for a fantastic buying experience.

Your chairs are superb (very comfortable) and fantastic value.

We are delighted that we made the effort to travel 120 miles to your warehouse.
