Let’s start from the beginning. In brief, describe your role at Fenetic Wellbeing.
I take care of company finances, strategy and business development, as well as lots of other very important ‘stuff’ – as any company director does.

Selling mobility products seems like quite a random pursuit at first glance. What were the main motivations behind teaming up with Tom/Graeme to start the business?
I worked with Graeme at a mobility shop after graduating university which eventually went bust. I wanted to learn from their mistakes and shake up the market with a more personal, honest and no-hassle approach to offering mobility products. That’s when I teamed up with Graeme who shared the same beliefs about what a supplier of mobility products should be!

What is the most satisfying aspect of your job?
I love every aspect of challenging the status-quo, and growing the business in a way which puts the customer and their unique requirements first.

How would you say Fenetic differs from your competitors?
In every possible way. We’re always on the lookout for ways to set us apart! It all boils down to better products at better prices, with a level of customer service that doesn’t leave you pulling your hair out! That’s why we always say freedom should be hassle-free.

What were the last 3 pictures you took with your phone?
My daughter, aka the tiny temper! A shot of the weather outside – as you do, and our excellent value ECTR01 Lightweight Folding Wheelchair (shameless plug)

Any secret talents?
It’s a coin trick – But we don’t talk about that.

What’s your favourite Fenetic Product and why?
The ECTR01 Lightweight Folding Wheelchair – The very first product that we developed ourselves. A proud moment for Fenetic Wellbeing indeed.

If you could teach one lesson to your younger self. What would it be?
You are going to have to work! It’s not all fun and games - Although fun is still pretty important.

Finally, If Fenetic did weekends, what would they involve?
A weekend in Vegas. My spiritual home.
