Fenetic Wellbeing Meet the Team – Owner Graeme

Following on from Tom’s debut earlier in the week, it’s time to meet the other half of the Yorkshire duo taking the mobility world by storm.

Graeme (yes that’s how you spell it) has been with Fenetic from the start. So without further ado, this is what he had to say!

1. Let’s start from the beginning. In brief, describe your role at Fenetic Wellbeing.

Sourcing and listing new products, as well as managing the team and general up keep of the fort!

2. Selling mobility products seems like quite a random pursuit at first glance. What were the main motivations behind teaming up with Tom/Graeme to start the business?

I started working with Tom at a different mobility shop, which long story short ended up going bust! Taking what we’d learnt we were able to set up Fenetic – which is better in every conceivable way I might add.

3. What is the most satisfying aspect of your job?

It has to be the freedom of owning a business and not being told what to do! I also have a weird thing for data and getting product listings up!

4. How would you say Fenetic differs from your competitors?

We’re all about genuine honesty, none of that corporate brick wall nonsense! We care personally about the service our customers receive, often taking matters into our own hands. Oh, and we develop a lot of our own products too, which makes us bloody good value.

5. What were the last 3 pictures you took with your phone?

A selfie with my son, a post-laser eye surgery selfie, and a user manual of an electric bike – I really am that cool.

6. Any secret talents?

I can make beer – which is probably the only reason Tom still likes me.

7. What’s your favourite Fenetic Product and why?

It has to be the X Lite – the lightest mobility stroller in the UK at the moment. and not only do we sell it, we developed it too! Boom.

8. If you could teach one lesson to your younger self. What would it be?

Set up business early – There’s no greater feeling than helping people.

9. Finally, If Fenetic did weekends, what would they involve?

A combination of family time, walking, beer, and a football match in which my team actually wins.
